BSA Sloper D Section Mudguards by Vintage Steel

Various BSA Sloper mudguards are available in either C or D section depending on the year. This version is a 6” wide D section with hinged tail piece. This is the version with two pressings at the nose end, one each side for chainguard and toolbox clearances. The pictured guard has the short pressing for the leather fronted toolbox 1927-30?. Triangular metal toolbox models 1930 on have a longer pressing (#43BSARF-4), please specify which version you need. The hinge is hand made to mimic the BSA style and fitted with solid rivets as are the brackets at the tail end and at the 2-piece join. R66
